Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your request and, if you ask, to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation.
Please do not send sensitive medical information through the form. For medical matters, contact us by telephone or during your visit to the practice.
Storage and transfer
Form messages are delivered through Resend and are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request. The website is hosted on the Cloudflare network, which processes technical connection data (such as IP address and access time) for security and availability. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection.
We do not sell or commercially disclose data to third parties.
Cookies and external content
This website does not set cookies. YouTube video is loaded only after you press the play button, through the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Links to Google Maps and social networks lead to third-party services that apply their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. You can exercise these rights at info@christospappas.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
